Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Damaged or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@yukisupply.com and we'll make it right.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
